Reservations

Before the treatment
We kindly ask you to arrive at the reception of our spa a few minutes before your appointment wearing the bathrobe you find in your room, a bathing suit, or underwear. Disposable slips are provided for certain treatments. Wellness bag, bathrobe, bath towel, and slippers are available in your room for the duration of your stay.
Cancellation
In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise we will be forced to charge you 100 % of the cost of the booking.
Silence
Our spa is an oasis of peace and relaxation. Therefore we ask you to respect the tranquility of this place and to leave your mobile phone in your room.
